Ralph M. Guito III, is a senior partner with the law firm of McIntyre Thanasides, with offices is Tampa and Sarasota.

A fourth generation Tampa native, Ralph graduated from Jesuit High School in 1979. Son of Tampa trial lawyer, Ralph M. Guito, Jr., he was exposed to the legal profession at an early age. Ralph earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of South Florida, and his law degree at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, his father’s alma mater, where he graduated with honors, cum laude.

Over the next 28 years, Ralph has combined his background in engineering with the law to personally recover over $80,000,000 in judgments and settlements for those damaged through the fault of others.

He accepts all types of accident cases, including serious injury & death, car accidents, motorcycle crashes, semi-tractor trailer crashes, dangerous machinery, defective medical devices & implants and dangerous drugs.

All case evaluations are free of charge, and all cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. If Ralph doesn’t win your case, you pay no fees or costs.
