A fourth-generation Tampa native, Ralph M. Guito III graduated from Jesuit High School in 1979. Son of Tampa trial lawyer Ralph M. Guito, Jr., he was exposed to the legal profession at an early age. As a young boy, he was privileged to watch his father champion the rights of others in the courtrooms of the ‘60s and ‘70s, always knowing that he would someday become an attorney himself.
Ralph earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of South Florida and his law degree at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, his father’s alma mater, where he graduated with honors, cum laude.
Over the next three decades, Ralph combined his background in engineering with the law to personally recover over $100 million in judgments and settlements for those damaged through the fault of others.
Ralph is a senior partner and Director of Client Engagement at McIntyre. He coordinates client engagement and outside law firm litigation support services for all types of accident cases, including serious injury and death, car accidents, motorcycle crashes, semi-tractor trailer crashes, dangerous machinery, defective medical devices and implants, and dangerous drugs. All case evaluations are free of charge, and all cases are handled on a contingency fee basis.
