Joshua Hawes is a member of McIntyre’s complex litigation division, where his practice is primarily focused on commercial and business litigation, including both trial and appellate work in Florida and federal courts. Joshua’s experience includes complex contract disputes, construction and real estate litigation, employment litigation, business torts and trade secret litigation, and the resolution of commercial landlord-tenant disputes.
Joshua received his law degree from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law. In law school, Joshua was a legal writing and appellate advocacy teaching assistant and served as the vice president of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. Joshua also completed a portion of his legal studies at Université de Montpellier in France, where he focused on international business law.
