Garrett Severson joined the firm in 2015 as an associate in the complex litigation division. His practice includes civil, commercial, and construction litigation.
Garrett received his law degree with honors from Stetson University College of Law in 2013 and his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Christopher Newport University in 2010. While at Stetson, Garrett was a member of the Innocence Initiative at Stetson Law, where he investigated claims of actual innocence by inmates throughout the state, worked to educate law students and the public about how to remedy and prevent wrongful conviction, and performed research to assist the deliberations of the Florida Innocence Commission.
